Reminder: resubmit RISE claims from April 22–28

We recently resolved an issue affecting RISE claim form submissions. As a result, any claims submitted between April 22 - April 28 were not received, even if a confirmation email was generated and received at the time of submission.

If you submitted a claim during this timeframe, please resubmit it to ensure it is processed.
