The Retail Solutions Preferred Vendor Program (PVP) provides c-stores in the Cenex® network with the advantage of the value and cost efficiencies provided from a select group of preferred vendors in our portfolio. The objective is to provide value and help meet business goals to all who participate in this program. The program includes vendors that serve our entire Cenex footprint.

Benefits of using our CHS preferred vendors:

  • Maximize overall best value to the Cenex network. Preferred vendors deliver the best overall value to the Cenex network based on price, quality, past performance, operational efficiencies, etc.
  • Ease of ordering. It’s easier to order from preferred vendors, especially when the value is transparent to the Cenex store. Reduced transaction costs are based on volume, vendor relationship and network access.
  • Savings due to consolidating purchasing power and leveraging volume. Consolidation of usage drives up volume, providing incentive for vendors to offer the best possible price.
  • Better management control and more automated adherence to policy. This minimizes the ethical questions about vendors involved in the program.
