Boost your online presence with THRIVR
Consumers rely on online listings to know when you’re open, what your offer, and how to reach you. Keeping that information accurate helps make your location easier to find and gives customers confidence when choosing where to stop. With THRIVR, you can easily maintain your listings and increase your business presence.
Keep customers coming back with updated listings
For locations integrated with THRIVR, updates to store hours, amenities, phone numbers and other listing details should be made directly in the THRIVR platform. THRIVR then helps distribute those updates across hundreds of online networks. Do not request changes through platforms such as Google, Yelp or Apple. Instead, follow the steps below:
How to make updates for users with THRIVR access:
- Log in to the THRIVR platform
- Select Locations
- Choose the location you’d like to update
- Click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner
- Update the applicable information, then save your changes
To request access to the THRIVR platform, complete the THRIVR Access Request Form.
How to make updates for users without THRIVR access:
- Email the following information to refinedfuelsmarketing@chsinc.com to request a change:
- Store address, city, state and ZIP code
- The information that needs to be updated
Don’t forget holiday hours:
Holiday hours are especially important when customers are traveling, picking up last-minute essentials or adjusting their routines. Take a few minutes to confirm your hours are current and easy to find online. To add holiday or other special hours in THRIVR:
- Follow the steps above to select your location and open the edit screen
- Select Hours
- Under Special Hours, click Add Special Date
- Choose the start and end dates
- If your location will be closed, save the special date as closed
- If your location will be open, enter the applicable hours and save
- Repeat these steps for each special date or location as needed

Plus, explore the new audio feature to add timely, engaging audio to your social media content. Consistent posting can help increase awareness of your location, highlight products, services and amenities, and keep your store top of mind when customers are deciding where to stop.
