We are a month into the Brand Standard Audit portion of the Cenex® Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Site Assessment Program, which will come to a close on August 31, 2026. As a reminder, to pass this audit, you must have a score of 90% or greater and have passed the Lighting Audit.
Viewing your results
Following the audit of your location, evaluation results will be posted to the Red Site Assessment portal. Results may take up to 72 hours to become available. If you have not previously accessed the portal, you should have received an email with your login credentials.
After your results are posted, cures can be submitted for failed questions to earn points back. With the exception of customer service-related questions, all questions are eligible for point recovery with successful cure submissions. Refer to the cure submission instructions for more information.
During the cure review process, attachments will be evaluated to determine whether standards have been met and points can be returned. All brand standard infractions must be remedied to achieve a passing score. The cure submission deadline for both the Brand Standard Audit and Lighting Audit is September 30, 2026.
Checking your cure status
Stay on top of your cure submissions by monitoring their status on the RED Site Assessment portal. Not sure how to check your cure status? Follow the directions below.
Navigate to a location scorecard and click Submit Cures.
Review the status of any cures you have submitted on the Cure Log page.
Click View Discussion to see the latest reply for each cure submission.
If additional information is needed to receive points back, select a user dropdown, check the Notify All Users Upon Submit box, and resubmit the cure.
