Drive Traffic to Your Location and Update Holiday Hours
During the busy holiday season, the number of consumers looking for fast and convenient options is at an all-time high. Don’t lose out on revenue and repeat business by having incorrect hours posted online!
THRIVR is a FREE tool specifically designed for the c-store industry. With THRIVR, you have the ability to update hundreds of networks across the internet such as Google, Yelp and Apple in one place. Prepare for the holidays now by updating your holiday store hours within THRIVR!
For retailers that have decided to integrate with THRIVR, please follow the instructions below to update your holiday hours:
- Login to the THRIVR platform
- Click “Locations”
- Click the location you’d like to update hours for
- Click the pencil in the upper right-hand corner
- Click “Hours”
- Holiday hours can be found underneath Special Hours on the right-hand side of the screen
- Click “Add Special Date”
- Suggested Holidays can also be found beneath “Add Special Date”
- Click the Start Date the hours should be applied to
- Click the End Date the hours should be applied to
- Click “Add Special Date”
- If the location will be closed on that date, click “Save” to indicate your location will be closed
- If the location will be open on that date, click the toggle next to “Closed” to indicate the site is open
- Type the hours the site will be open
- Click “Save” to apply these hours
- Holiday hours can be found underneath Special Hours on the right-hand side of the screen
- Repeat for as many locations as necessary
For locations that have chosen not to integrate with the THRIVR platform, please contact us at refinedfuelsmarketing@chsinc.com with the following details:
- Store address
- Store city
- Store state
- Store zip code
- Each day and hours that should be adjusted
