Updated Audit Structure
As we enter the final year of the Halo image upgrade, the RED Site Assessment Program will now be comprised of two annual audits, one evaluating external lighting and the other evaluating brand standards and condition. Click here for a comparison of these two audits.
Lighting Audit
December 15, 2023 – February 15, 2024
The annual Lighting Audit will evaluate exterior lighting only. No interior lighting or Brand Standard elements will be audited. Evaluated components for the Lighting Audit include:
- Canopy lighting
- Halo image
- Canopy under decking lights
- MID/High Rise logo illumination
- MID Pricing/Product Panel illumination
- Storefront & Perimeter lighting (unscored)
All sites with a Halo image project completed by October 31, 2023, will receive the Lighting Audit. All sites receiving this audit will receive additional communications detailing the audit process in the coming weeks.
Brand Standard Audit
June 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
The annual Brand Standard Audit will continue to evaluate all interior and exterior elements for brand compliance and condition. Evaluated components for the Brand Standard Audit include:
- Cenex Canopy
- Fueling Island/Dispensers
- MID
- Site Exterior
- Site Interior/Restrooms
- Customer Service
- Lighting Audit Score
All Cenex branded sites will receive the Brand Standard Audit.
