RED Inspections Halfway Through
The current round of Cenex® Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Inspections is scheduled to be completed on September 30. Locations that score 90% or higher will receive a passing score. Locations scoring below 90% can earn points back for incorrect elements via the Inquiry Process. All inquiries must be submitted by October 31 to receive an updated score.
Inquiries can be re-opened one time only underneath each question number. An inquiry re-opening would occur if an inquiry has been opened and closed but further resolution is still needed. If you are re-opening an inquiry underneath a question where an inquiry has already been opened and closed, the “re-open” version of the question must be used.
