Submit Lighting Audit Cures Now
The Lighting Audit portion of the Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Site Assessment Program will end on February 15, 2025. If your site has been evaluated, visit the Mystery Shop Portal to view your evaluation results.
Cures can be submitted to earn points back for incorrect elements. During cure review, photos will be analyzed to determine if standards are met, and points can be returned. The deadline to submit cures for incorrect questions is September 30, 2025. Use the instructions below to submit a cure today.
Please note, evaluation results can be sent to someone who does not have access to the Mystery Shop Portal (ie: installer). Simply log in to the portal, navigate to the Lighting Audit scorecard, and select an option below Export Report (see screenshot below). You can either download a PDF of the scorecard or email the scorecard directly to a recipient.
