RED Inquiry Submission Notable Updates
We are a month into the current round of Cenex® Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Inspections. These evaluations assist in identifying strengths and areas for improvement at each site – giving you the information you need to better position yourself against the competition. As a reminder, all Mystery Shops will be completed by September 30, 2023.
Locations that score 90% or higher will receive a passing score. Locations scoring below 90% can earn points back for incorrect elements via the Inquiry Process. All inquiries must be submitted by October 31 to receive an updated score.
Inquiries can be re-opened one time only underneath each question number. An inquiry re-open would occur if an inquiry has been opened and closed but further resolution is still needed. If you are re-opening an inquiry underneath a question where an inquiry has already been opened and closed, the “re-open” version of the question must be used.
During the inquiry review, photos will be analyzed to determine if standards are met, and points can be returned. All brand standard infractions must be remedied.
