POS Compatibility Changes – Less Than 1 Month Remaining
There is less than 1 month remaining until certain hardware for Pinnacle, Triple E and Gasboy will no longer be supported. Sites operating on any of the expired hardware listed below are subject to a monthly POS End of Life Fee starting September 2023. All impacted parents and sites have received multiple letters over the past year.
- Pinnacle: UTC 3170, UTC 3190 (3190 not technically at end of life but has very limited part availability moving forward. We suggest finding alternative solutions now). Ingenico ISC250 Pin Pad, Allied NexGen, Abierto IP Converter
- Triple E: Ingenico ISC250 Pin Pad, Allied NeXGen, Abierto IP Converter
- Gasboy: All previous hardware solutions, Abierto IP Converter
There are many paths to follow for upgrades. Work with your authorized fuel distributor and/or Authorized Service Contractor (ASC) to find the option that will work best for your location.
