Over the past few years, CHS Payment Solutions has taken many measures to improve the security of Cenex^® gift cards to reduce fraudulent attacks and protect our merchants and consumers. As you know, four-digit CVVs (card validation values) were added to the back of all gift cards for increased protection.

The new year is upon us, which means there are only 8 months remaining in FY’24. Although it feels like there is plenty of time left to claim Ad Share funds, don’t leave precious dollars on the table by waiting until the last minute. Get ahead of the game by executing approved marketing/advertising efforts now and submitting claims for reimbursement! As a reminder, all Ad Share claims must be dated prior to 8/31/24, and submitted by 9/30/24 to qualify for FY’24 reimbursement.

At the end of November, CHS Payment Solutions mailed out notices announcing a credit card rate adjustment that will be effective January 1, 2024. CHS has not increased rates for the past three years, despite several card brands increasing their rates. As a result of this continuing upward trend, CHS will make a slight adjustment to our credit card processing rates beginning in January.
