A quick update today ensures your customers know when you’re open and ready to serve them all season long.

THRIVR is a FREE tool specifically designed for the c-store industry. With THRIVR, you can update hundreds of networks across the internet, such as Google, Yelp, and Apple, in one place. It’s the easiest way to ensure your business information stays current, especially during the holidays when customer demand peaks.

How to update the holiday hours of your listings

For retailers that have integrated with the THRIVR platform, please follow the instructions below to update your holiday hours:

  1. Login to the THRIVR platform
  2. Click “Locations”
  3. Click the location for which you’d like to update the hours
  4. Click the pencil in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Click “Hours”
    1. Holiday hours can be found underneath Special Hours on the right-hand side
      1. Click “Add Special Date”
        • Suggested Holidays can also be found beneath “Add Special Date”
      2. Click the Start Date the hours should be applied to
      3. Click the End Date the hours should be applied to
    2. If the location will be closed, click “Save” to indicate it will be closed
    3. If the location will be open, click the toggle next to “Closed” to indicate it will be open
      1. Type the hours the site will be open
      2. Click “Save” to apply these hours
  6. Repeat for as many locations as necessary

For retailers that have not integrated with the THRIVR platform, email the following details to refinedfuelsmarketing@chsinc.com.

  1. Store address
  2. Store city
  3. Store state
  4. Store zip code
  5. The day(s) and hours that should be adjusted
