The Lighting Audit portion of the Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Site Assessment Program concluded on March 1, 2026. All evaluation results are now available on the Mystery Shop Portal.
To pass the Lighting Audit, all scored questions must be marked as correct. To remedy any failed questions, a cure can be submitted via the Mystery Shop Portal. During cure review, photos will be analyzed to determine if standards are met, and the question can be marked as correct.
As a reminder, the Brand Standard Audit cannot be passed until any Lighting Audit failures have been corrected. All cures must be submitted with all necessary information by September 30, 2026. Please note that STAR Store status can only be achieved if the Lighting Audit is successfully passed before the Brand Standard Audit begins on June 1.
Evaluation results can be easily shared with people who do not have access to the Mystery Shop Portal, such as installers.

Under the Export Report section, download the report as a PDF or email it directly from the portal.
Beginning June 1 — the Brand Standard Audit
The Brand Standard Audit portion of the program will begin on June 1, 2026. Information and resources for the Brand Standard Audit and the RED Site Assessment Program as a whole can be found on Cenex Hub.
