Cenex Shop Vendor Update
This message is to inform you of a recent change to the vendor that administers Cenex Shop on behalf of CHS. Effective immediately, the new vendor that will be handling Cenex Shop site administration, print and merchandise fulfillment is Imprint Engine. Imprint Engine has a streamlined, technology-based process. With an exclusive network of resources and suppliers, we are excited to work with Imprint Engine to take Cenex Shop to the next level.
What is the timeline for this transition?
- Cenex Shop will be down for maintenance as the new web interface is tested and finalized
- On May 10, the new Cenex Shop web interface will have a soft launch with inventoried items only
- At the beginning of June, web to print items will be added to Cenex Shop, and a full website launch will occur
What can you expect with this vendor change?
New Cenex Shop web interface — In the coming weeks, Cenex Shop will receive a makeover with a new look and feel, and more robust operating system
New and exciting merchandise and apparel — With Imprint Engine’s exclusive network of resources and suppliers, you can expect to see a wide variety of new merchandise and apparel that will elevate the Cenex brand
Top of the line customer service — With a dedicated customer support team, you can look forward to top-of-the-line customer support with Imprint Engine
The same website URL — The URL https://cenexshop.com will remain the same once the website is transferred to the new interface
Please note, the short transition period when the site will be down for maintenance is temporary. Cenex Shop will be back and operational with ample time before Mystery Shops begin. While the website is down for maintenance, if you have an urgent need for a product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
