Action Required – Pinnacle Software Maintenance Changes

We are happy to announce the integration between Pinnace and Verifone to support Outdoor EMV (OEMV) has been tested and approved. OEMV software is now available to customers who have established their software maintenance program with Pinnacle.

Please note this maintenance program replaces the software fees currently billed monthly by CHS and ensures security and functionality requirements continue to be met through ongoing software development. If you have not yet done so, you can start the process by submitting your information to Pinnacle at pinncorp.com/chsconnect.

Please note the following:

The final bill from CHS for Pinnacle software maintenance will be March 31, 2022.
If maintenance lapses after the final CHS maintenance invoice in March, Pinnacle will require maintenance fees in arrears to be brought current. Delaying set-up will not save money and could delay access to critical issue fixes or enhancements.
While this change to the maintenance program is happening in tandem with the release of Commander EF software for OEMV, it is a separate requirement. Whether or not sites are upgrading to OEMV, this change to monthly maintenance will be in effect.
