2026 Lighting Audit coming soon
On January 1, 2026, the Lighting Audit portion of the Cenex® Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Site Assessment Program will begin and run through March 1, 2026. The annual Lighting Audit evaluates exterior lighting only. No interior lighting or Brand Standard elements will be audited. Evaluated components for the Lighting Audit include:
- Canopy lighting
- Halo image
- Canopy under decking lights
- MID/high rise logo illumination
- MID/high rise pricing/product cabinet illumination
- Storefront & perimeter lighting (unscored)
