2021 Mystery Shops — Coming Soon
Spring has officially arrived! As snow melts and the sun starts shining, now is a great time to spruce up your location in preparation for summer and Cenex® Mystery Shops. The upcoming 2021 round of Cenex Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Inspections is set to begin on Tuesday, June 1.
Cenex mystery shoppers will visit all Cenex locations to review the interior and exterior of your store, take photos and evaluate the level of customer service they received during their visit. You will gain valuable insight into your customers’ experience, providing you with areas of strength and improvement to best position yourself against the competition.
As this round of mystery shops grows near, now is a great time to ensure your location is prepared. Keep in mind, most items to help make Mystery Shops a success are eligible for Ad Share reimbursement.
