* Participation in the Patron Points Program is available only to Cenex-branded retail sites that sign up through an approved Patron Points Reimbursement Agreement with Cenex. Cenex will reimburse eligible Marketers for monthly Patron Points fees for up to 12 months or $5,014, whichever comes first, after which sites are responsible for their own fees. Reimbursements may end if a site leaves the program, stops using Cenex branding, closes, or if the Cenex brand’s agreement with Patron Points ends. Cenex makes no guarantee of increased sales or revenue, and additional rules may apply. Program subject to change or cancellation at any time. All terms of the Patron Points Program will be set forth in, and governed by, the Patron Points Reimbursement Agreement between Cenex and Marketer.

** The Cenex RISE program is limited to qualified Cenex parent accounts. Reimbursements are provided at the parent level only. Select Patron Points program costs are eligible for Cenex RISE reimbursement. Loyalty point redemption costs are not Cenex RISE eligible. The new to brand offer cannot be combined with Cenex RISE reimbursement. Reimbursement eligibility becings following the first free year for participating new to brand locations.
