Spring 2016 Mystery Shops Drawing to a Close

MysteryShopThe Spring 2016 round of mystery shops is set to conclude by mid-July. Trained mystery shoppers reviewed and scored Cenex® brand image requirements, important exterior and interior elements, and key customer service essentials at your store. The evaluations provide the opportunity to discover what your customers experience when they visit your store, and, therefore, better position your business in an increasingly competitive industry.

The next round of mystery shops will begin in September – there is time to make small adjustments to the evaluation, scoring and preparation checklists prior to the next round’s kick-off.
