Ingenico has announced end of life and end of support dates for the Ingenico PIN pads currently in use with Pinnacle Palm, Gilbarco Passport and Triple E point of sale solutions.
If you are currently using Ingenico ISC250 PIN pads, you should consider these dates as you plan for replacements or support of your current PIN pads.

A detailed description of the replacement plan for each of these solutions is noted below.
Gilbarco Passport: Replacement PIN pads for Passport have been identified and are currently available. Ingenico will continue to provide support for the ISC250 until March 31, 2023; however, customers wishing to move away from the Ingenico can replace their current devices with the Verifone MX915 PIN pad. Please note that if you are running multiple cashier lanes at a location, you will need to convert all devices at the same time.
Pinnacle Palm: The replacement terminal selected by Pinnacle is not expected to be certified on the NBS network until Q3, 2020. CHS is actively working to limit the negative impact of this situation for Pinnacle customers. Please consider purchasing additional devices to reduce the potential impact of PIN pad failures until an alternative solution is available.
Triple E: Triple E has not yet informed CHS of a replacement terminal selection. Given the time required for network certification, please consider purchasing additional devices to reduce the potential impact of PIN pad failures until a replacement is identified.
