FINALLY! The snow is melting and it’s time to dust off that paint brush in preparation for the upcoming Spring 2019 RED Inspections. Due to the extreme winter conditions, we have postponed the start date of the Spring Mystery Shop Round. The round is now set to begin on Monday May 13, providing you with a chance to prepare your store for any maintenance or site enhancement to be performed.

The mystery shopper will review the interior and exterior of your store, take photos and evaluate the level of customer service they received during their visit.  You will gain valuable insight into your customers’ experience, which allows you to reward employees for what they do well, and improve areas that may be lacking. 

Don’t lose valuable points on your next RED Inspection for chipped paint on fueling island curbs, bollards or canopy columns. Keep in mind, many of the tools you need to make your next Mystery Shop a success are eligible for Ad Share and can be found on CenexShop.com.
