Twice a year, CHS provides Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Mystery Shop evaluations in order to assist our marketers in identifying strengths and areas for improvement at each of their sites. The 2015 Fall Round of Mystery Shop inspections is set to begin on Tuesday, Sept. 1st.
Stores can expect:
- An evaluation focused on Cenex® brand image elements, safety, cleanliness and customer service standards
- A quick report turnaround with evaluation results in-hand within one week of a site being shopped
- Requirements for sites to meet a passing benchmark of 88%, with 45 days to complete corrective actions on any documented issue(s)
