The 2017 Spring Round of Mystery Shop inspections is set to begin Monday, April 3rd.*

Twice a year, CHS provides Retail Excellence Daily (RED) Mystery Shop inspections at no charge to our marketers. These evaluations assist in identifying strengths and areas for improvement at each site.

Stores can expect:

  • An evaluation focused on Cenex® brand image elements, safety, cleanliness and customer service standards
  • A quick report turnaround with evaluation results in-hand within one business week of a site being shopped
  • Requirements for sites to meet a passing benchmark of 88%, with 30 calendar days to complete corrective actions on any documented issue(s)
